The X-ray examination was quick and efficient, with the X-ray disc delivered two minutes after the examination and the report emailed to me three hours later. The service at the office and in the reception area was very friendly and professional.

Everything works for us, especially our family doctor, Dr. Baczkowska, who is great. Unfortunately, my child has a somewhat incompetent pediatrician, so we bought a private package a long time ago. I have something to compare it to, so it's fine for me. I just ask for the option to register online.

She would like to share her negative opinion about registering at a mental health clinic. Unfortunately, the contact with the receptionist was very unpleasant – the woman turned out to be unpleasant, even rude. This is particularly disturbing, as this is the first person a patient often encounters, often in a difficult mental state. Such behavior not only undermines a sense of security but can further deepen the crisis and discourage further treatment. Personally, I find this completely unacceptable – in a place where you work with people who require special sensitivity and empathy, contact at the reception desk should be professional, calm, and friendly.
