  I highly recommend Dr. Karolina, a gynecologist. 😀😀 During the visit, she conducted a thorough examination, explained everything thoroughly, and answered every question. The visit was held in a pleasant atmosphere. She also ensured my comfort during each examination, informing me about the touch, which was a very positive surprise because I hadn't experienced this before. 😊 The receptionists were very helpful and kind, and I had many questions because it was my first visit. Despite the small parking lot, parking was easy. 😊

  The clinic is a disaster. It's impossible to reach either the children's or adult side by phone. And when you do, there are never any available appointments. The children's side lacks doctors and expertise. I don't recommend it.

  You call your dentist, and a woman answers. You're told there are no available appointments, and there are dentists where you live, too, and then she hangs up.

  Dr. Kwiecień always makes problems with everything, no empathy, no understanding of the patient, she is rude, hangs up mid-sentence, you have to wait forever to see her despite the patient's poor health and her empty office. I do not recommend her.

  I've honestly never seen or dealt with a worse clinic. You walk in, wanting to make an appointment because you've moved, and the lady at the desk won't even look at you kindly, as if you were a queen and needed to kiss her hands. Then she informs you that they only accept change requests on Mondays if a specific doctor is available. I wanted to make an appointment right away, but forget it, because I don't have a request. I'm sorry I got sick on Tuesday, not Monday. The pediatric clinic is also a complete mess. Vaccination appointments are only available on Mondays from 8:00 a.m., but by 8:15 a.m., there are no more vaccination slots for the entire coming week. My six-month-old is experiencing delays in vaccinations because they always have a full week and don't care that a small child has to follow the vaccination schedule. The only positive thing about the pediatric clinic is the nurses. And that's where the positives end. Our Polish health service is a disaster and a disaster.
