The patient was scheduled for a specific day and time, but the doctor left because there were no patients. The woman who was registering the patient was then informed that I would be arriving later. It's worth noting that the doctor sees patients until 7 p.m., but after 4 p.m., he was gone. It's a shame this facility still exists.

I absolutely don't recommend it. I've been trying to get my son an appointment for three months. They tell me to call the last Thursday of the month. Every time, they tell me to call after 11 a.m. I once heard, "Sorry, we're full." And today, the woman, in a rude tone, told me that if you're lazy and don't want to come to the clinic in the morning, that's just how it is. She doesn't know the situation, she's judging. In my opinion, people like that shouldn't work with people. And if you're having a bad day, you can go to a specialist for medication to improve your mood. Or change jobs. I won't even try to get there again. If you're calling and it's a problem for them, they'll answer and provide information. Rude...

The worst clinic I've ever dealt with! The Dormed clinic is a complete disaster. My mother, who has been ill for several days, had an appointment for 4:30 PM, and she didn't see the doctor until after 8:00 PM! We waited over three hours, despite registering in advance. This is a complete lack of respect for patients! I understand that such situations happen in the ER – patients are brought there by ambulance, often in serious condition, so the wait is justified. But in a clinic? It's unacceptable! The staff was completely indifferent; no one could provide specific information, and questions about expected wait times were met with a shrug. The organization is terrible, the atmosphere in the waiting room is tense, and people are left to their own devices. If you value your health and respect, avoid this place completely. Never again!

I'd give it a 0 if I could! This clinic is a joke!!!! Not only are appointments scheduled for "next week," but when I arrive at 6:59, I'm told there's no room left, and they shove my friend in line with a "URGENT" sign. What a joke!

This clinic doesn't even deserve one star. These old pill-haters who just sit and eat can't even measure your blood pressure properly. What's more, when you talk to them, you get the impression they're mocking how you feel. Complete burnout. I don't recommend it under any circumstances. You have to schedule your appointment because the soonest you can get an appointment is a week later.
