  I don't recommend it. I had an appointment with a gynecologist, but the doctor called in sick. I called another day and was told I could come in until 11:00. I arrived at 10:00, but the doctor said he wasn't available. There was no waiting list, and he saw very few patients that day. He was completely free, sitting there doing nothing, yet he refused to see me. The office was filled with cigarette smoke and smelled terribly. I definitely don't recommend this facility.

  I was shocked to hear from the doctor (the same older doctor about whom other patients write so negatively) that she wouldn't prescribe tests for new patients because "we only get 7 złoty for a visit." I had a visit with my mother, who is in her 60s. The doctor relied solely on tests performed by other doctors (the visits were, of course, private). Fortunately, these tests were performed, and at least my mother received a referral for rehabilitation. As a family, we wanted to get my mother tested, as well as my father, after years of neglecting any tests, even a complete blood count. We didn't get a referral because "they only charge 7 złoty for today's visit," so by implication, "you shouldn't be referred for blood tests"...? Further diagnosis of symptoms was made organoleptically because the doctor "sees that there's nothing wrong with my mother," and blood pressure is normal for her age, etc. My understanding of functional medicine seems to be nonexistent. Additionally, dietitians are criticized for inventing diets... As someone in the healthcare industry, I'm embarrassed by this approach... Oh, and if we want blood tests, "go privately or sign out and go to another clinic." Furthermore, the conversations are interrupted, the other person isn't allowed to speak when they want to, pure manipulation to maintain their own authority and humiliate the patient.

  I'd never been to this clinic before. My first impression was the building's terrible exterior! It brought to mind the communist era, and I was utterly surprised that it was a private facility. The interior was also unremarkable. It was as if time had stood still. I hadn't seen a health clinic in such poor condition in a long time. It was clean, but in my opinion, the building was crying out for a complete renovation. The elevator, which a few of us rode in, was also rather archaic. It's unbelievable that such elevators are still approved for passenger transport in the 21st century. I breathed a sigh of relief when the elevator doors opened (I was returning by stairs). Fortunately, the clinic's friendly staff made up for any inconvenience. Everyone I encountered was polite and helpful.

  I don't recommend it. Instead of addressing the sore throat I came in with, the older doctor started doing a spirometry test. She didn't listen to me, just looked at my tonsils with the light off in the small window, which barely let in any light. I was given antibiotics for pneumonia, which I don't know if it reduced the swelling in my tonsils or if it was the throat lozenges I bought myself. Today, a week later, I have sore throat again... I went to another doctor, who examined me properly.
