  I waited six months for a follow-up appointment with a cardiologist. My appointment was scheduled for January 9, 2025. Unfortunately, the doctor fell ill, and I received a message not to come. Well, sometimes people get sick. I tried to make an appointment for the next one, but the receptionist said it was for July! I was at my wits' end. I waited six months, and now another six months. I have a pacemaker and I'm 70+, so I might not make it to that appointment. Or maybe the doctor will go on vacation, and I'll have to wait another six months. The receptionist was very unpleasant and rude. I would change clinics, but Dr. Kot is a very good doctor and I've been seeing her for years.

  I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Marek Gaczorek. From the very beginning, he was rude, aggressively scowling. He made a xenophobic remark to my foreign husband simply because he had his hand in his pocket and said, "We don't walk like that in Poland." Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable in a doctor.

  SCANDALOUS PATIENT SERVICE! Right from the start, the receptionist claims she doesn't have time to answer the phone, and then suggests we get in line from 7:00 a.m. and wait... until the quack doctor kindly finds time for the sick. THIS IS SICK! It's like a communist-era atmosphere!!!

  Yesterday, my husband and I visited Dr. Bieniek. She was seen on time. I'm satisfied with the visit. The doctor performed an ultrasound, prescribed medication, and ordered rehabilitation. Please remember to arrive early to get in on a given day, as they only allow 12 people to register. I was there between 5 and 15, and 20 minutes later, there were already 5 more people.
