I highly recommend it. The ladies at the front desk are helpful, kind, and offer advice. I had a regular appointment, and everything was great and quick. The lady with the blood draw was also great. I called right away to schedule another appointment. Honestly, it's been great, I don't see any problems. 🥰🥰

My impressions are truly positive. The receptionists are truly lovely; they often found us an urgent appointment with a pediatrician within a few hours. They're also kind and helpful. And it's really hard to be patient when dealing with patients. I really like Dr. Bartman. I like that he doesn't force medications when they're not needed. I appreciate his natural healing methods. He has a great approach to children – today my son didn't want to have his throat examined with a cotton swab, and the doctor respected that and tried to do it without it. Referrals for tests are also easy; if necessary, no doctor has ever refused a referral.

I canceled the service, even though I'd been a patient from the beginning. The staff was varied. The doctors were nice, Ms. Bacia-Boroń and Ms. Potejo-Wolska, but you have to wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment. Bromboszcz is also okay, but she's always busy in occupational medicine. In urgent cases, the only option is Dr. Bartman, whom I'm allergic to. And I'm not the only one, because he's the only one with available slots. And there are plenty of slots... 5-minute visits, after which you leave without a prescription or referral, but with the title of a book you need to buy or an order to buy flaxseed and stay in bed for a week. Sorry, but no...

I've been a member of this clinic since its inception until today. I said no more! For some time now, the doctors have been very arrogant, especially Dr. Bartman. As a pediatrician, he completely fails at dealing with young patients, and children are literally terrified of him and refuse to go to him. He literally forces pills on them, threatens them with hospitalization and the long hospital stay they'll face. He shows absolutely no empathy. Because of overdue vaccinations, he orders changes to another clinic and literally chases us out of the office, and this is supposed to be a pediatrician. We said enough is enough, we're not going there anymore!

I'm surprised, I'm not a patient of the clinic, but I regularly bring a loved one here, she praises this health care center, she has never complained about problems with calling the registration desk.
