A very unpleasant receptionist... I needed an appointment quickly because I couldn't wait because of my symptoms and test results, which weren't good. Of course, there weren't any appointments until December, and I called in October. I made an appointment because I had no choice but to forget about it. In the meantime, I found someone who saw me faster and simply forgot about the appointment. The woman called me, and from the very beginning, she sounded angry. When I replied that I wasn't coming to my appointment, she was visibly upset and started mocking me in a rude manner, probably also hearing that I was young. Then she angrily added that I should let her know in advance. Of course, I understand that, but everyone forgets sometimes. I wish you more kindness and understanding in the future, and if you're having a bad day, don't take it out on others.

I recommend the midwives from this clinic to all mothers, especially Ms. Ania, who is very nice, competent and very helpful :) It's important for a first-time mother to find someone like her.

Unfortunately, more than one star isn't an option here. The nurses who draw blood from children have a completely lacking approach. They yell at the child instead of calmly addressing the situation. Even if the child cries, the "nurses" add insult to injury. From the moment you enter, you can see dissatisfied faces, scowls, and grumbling to the parent that it's up to you whether they draw the child's blood. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone.

I'm embarrassed by Dr. Tobiasz's behavior. The comments directed at my mother—an elderly, kind person—are completely inappropriate and downright rude! Dr. Tobiasz, on behalf of all patients, I ask for more kindness!
