  Unfortunately, I don't recommend visiting the HOMED clinic due to the extremely unpleasant service provided by one of the receptionists. A woman with light, medium-length hair administered a flu test to my daughter, who was very afraid and didn't want to take the test. She completely ignored the fact that children coming to the clinic are not feeling well, may have various disabilities that require a specific approach, or are simply afraid, as the test is unpleasant even for adults. During the test, the woman rudely accused my daughter of wasting the cotton swab if she tried to interrupt it. Her tone of voice showed that this bothered her greatly, demonstrating no understanding for the child. Finally, she allowed my daughter to insert the cotton swab into her nose on her own, giving instructions on how to do it, also in an inappropriate tone. The woman didn't seem to mind at all that I, as a parent, was standing nearby. Furthermore, the door to the clinic was open, and the people waiting in the hallway were listening to what was happening inside the clinic, which shouldn't be happening. Such people shouldn't be working with people if it's clearly a form of punishment. Furthermore, family doctors, who, according to regulations, have long been expected to have general knowledge in every field, unfortunately lack such expertise. They Google patients to provide any information they can. Not to mention the fact that the fees don't match their expertise. You can come back multiple times, and they still refer you to specialists. Ultimately, it's a waste of time because, despite receiving a referral, you still have to go private due to long wait times.

  Mud, seabed, and seaweed. And we waited so long to decide to book an appointment with this place! The lack of competence, from the doctor to the "pretty little xD" nurses at the reception desk, not to mention everything looks bad and doesn't work. With every visit, ONLY BAD EXPERIENCES and nerves! Very bad experiences with visits with children and newborns! During visits to other facilities, doctors asked directly, "Who was monitoring you to make sure such issues were overlooked?"

  The clinic is a disaster. The receptionists are often very rude, talking about private matters in front of patients as if they were on an endless break. Several times I couldn't get through on the phone or was 30th in line, so I decided to go in person to make an appointment, and surprisingly, I didn't see anyone on the phone. So how does it work? It turns out it's better to go than to wait for a phone call, because it takes much less time. I can't schedule a telehealth appointment for a child under six, and even though they're healthy, I have to take them to the clinic, which is known to be a breeding ground for viruses, just for a stupid referral. Bravo. I'm considering signing my family out, but I often have trouble there 🤦🏻‍♀️

  I highly recommend it. The staff is friendly and professional. The tests are performed with gentle care, and the amniocentesis doesn't hurt that much.

  I had a colposcopy yesterday. The doctor was very nice, she answered all my questions, the lady at the reception desk was also very nice, I recommend her.
