I was referred here for a breast ultrasound under the National Health Fund. Everything went smoothly, without any delays, and the doctor was very nice. One star less because there's no place to leave my bike.

For me, it's a nightmare. Girls, stay away. The doctor performed my colposcopy and, while examining my cervix, already said the lesions were so large they needed to be removed for conization. It turned out the lesions were subtle and not cancerous. But three of us are stressed. What's more, at the reception desk, who gets what for the tests? The woman standing next to us, and what her HPV results are. It's embarrassing. Everyone hears, and there's no privacy. Not to mention the stress of the three weeks. Thank you, doctor. Luckily, you were wrong. I don't need to have anything removed.

I made an appointment for a breast ultrasound at the clinic. I was informed over the phone that I should confirm my appointment by replying to a text message. I didn't receive the text message. I arrived for my appointment and was informed at the reception desk that someone had written down my phone number incorrectly. The receptionist was nice and accepted it as her mistake, but Ms. Fischer said it was my mistake and told me to wait until she could attend to everyone else. I have a small child at home, and I don't make an appointment to wait an unknown amount of time to be seen. Ms. Fischer is a rude, unpleasant woman who treats people like a pushover. Her behavior is worthy of a National Health Fund facility. If anyone is going to pay for such a "service," I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

I'm giving this world-renowned professor such a poor rating that he started packing his bags during our visit and practically stormed out of the office. The visit lasted no more than nine minutes. I'd emailed him beforehand to ask if he dealt with MSA, as my mother has it and there's no cure. He replied that he needed to see the patient. We arrived in Poznań, 130 km from our town, to be told there's no cure and that exercise is key to health (MSA stands for multiple system atrophy). At the same time, the professor won't refer me to any rehabilitation programs because he's a private practice. I feel cheated because he could have written the same thing in the email, but instead copied what was in the patient's records onto the "patient chart," without examining them. When I asked for a head MRI, he wanted a description, not a CD. I called a few days earlier to ask what such an appointment was like, and the receptionists said the professor reads CDs and that it wouldn't be a problem, that they were technically available. They also said he examines and devotes time to the patient. It's a complete embarrassment and a triumph of style over substance. He could have saved us time and money. A tragedy, I honestly don't recommend it. It's a waste of money and dignity.
