Today I came to this clinic for a chest X-ray. After waiting half an hour for the X-ray to open, I went to the receptionist and asked if the woman would be coming to work. After about an hour of waiting, I couldn't believe my eyes. Another colleague posted a sign saying: "The office is closed due to a machine malfunction." Like something out of a Bareja film. The receptionist, however, claimed my colleague was vomiting and sick. I asked to speak to a supervisor – they didn't have any. I hoped someone wouldn't hold these employees accountable!

The only clinic in Stargard that truly expedites processing for patients with CITO referrals. Initially, the woman scheduling treatments wasn't very encouraging—I got the impression she'd rather I left without an appointment (one of the three treatments I needed was fully booked). Fortunately, things only got better afterward. The treatments themselves went smoothly, and Kasia, who led the exercises, was always smiling and helpful. I often saw her patiently supporting seniors. It was clear that her goal wasn't just to get them through the 10 days of rehabilitation, but also to teach patients the necessary exercises so they could continue them at home.

Ladies at the registration desk, 12/10! So far, I've been seeing my family doctors—I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Omarova and Dr. Marchenko!

The reception desk is nice, but the staff is unorganized. Is the patient who calls—often an elderly person with limited mobility—not a patient? It's rare to get through to the reception desk...and when you do, they say they were busy with patients in the queue? I have a suggestion...because there are two receptionists...one can only handle the queue on a given day, and the other can handle the queue and the phones...and they take turns doing it. Is it really that difficult to organize your work and the work of others?
