  I've been a member of this clinic since 1977, when it was a polyclinic. The current doctor, in my opinion, makes accurate diagnoses, which is probably the most important thing in the medical profession. The reception staff is friendly and professional. It's a shame we don't have specialists and that physical therapy has been discontinued.

  I was there on Thursday, July 18th. It was a disaster, and I'm changing doctors' offices. At the reception desk, a woman with prescription glasses and a bob haircut barks instead of talking. I accuse her of a lack of professionalism and customer service. And they should change the name KON-VITA to BOBO FRUT.

  Drama. The receptionists, a real tragedy. They consider themselves specialists and doctors. Sitting at the reception desk, with patients sitting to the side, they repeat their PESEL numbers and names aloud, asking intimate questions about their illnesses. There's no culture or work ethic whatsoever, not to mention GDPR. I witnessed a situation where the receptionist questioned a woman on the phone so much that she even asked how many sexual partners she'd had. It's unthinkable; she must be confusing her responsibilities! Drama, drama, drama. The clinic's service is below par.

  People pay taxes... Every now and then, they want to see a doctor, and since COVID, they've been getting teleconsultations, and they're so wordless. The women who answer the phone practically scream at you. They'll ask what your symptoms are, then take your phone number and call you back a few hours later with a prescription. If you say you don't want a teleconsultation, they yell that it's the doctor's decision. I've been calling them for two days and can't get an appointment. My sister had a fever of over 38 degrees Celsius for nine days, and when she called, the rudeness of the women at the reception desk knew no bounds. It's the same teleconsultation every time. You can't even call it teleconsultation when the doctor won't even bother to call you, only those rude women at the reception desk call back.

  I highly do not recommend it. I urgently needed medical attention and was feeling very unwell. I went to the clinic in person, and the doctor refused to see me or examine me. He was fully booked, so I asked if he could see me because I needed it badly and was feeling unwell. He said, "No, I won't see you today." I asked if he really meant it, and he replied, "Yes." Poor patient care and zero empathy. The only positives are the receptionists, who are very nice.
