  The receptionists have zero competence. It's impossible to get through to the ophthalmologist or make an appointment. Even when someone does answer the phone, it's always the same old story: no appointments, please call back at another time. When we call at the scheduled time, the answer is: no numbers. The situation hasn't changed for months.

  Getting through is next to impossible. I've been calling every day for three days—just a dial tone and nothing else. I had to order a prescription for cash to continue taking my medication. I also had to scramble once. Appointments for tests are a nightmare. Ultrasounds are once a month, and the doctors say it's best to stay home early in the morning because they can't guarantee anything over the phone. Blood tests are once a week, or referrals to other clinics are available. I highly recommend the ultrasound doctor, but not this one. After calling again, I'm changing doctors and clinics for a few days. Someone who works doesn't have time to deal with phone calls, appointments, and driving all over town for a single test or prescription.

  You call them for 50 minutes, and there were three people waiting to connect, and out of three people, there's only one who's been on the line for half an hour. Come on, people, this is a travesty. I understand if there were 15 people in front of me, but three people, and you have to wait almost an hour, and no one answers, and then that stupid secretary says, "Please wait for the connection."

  Please do not be swayed by opinions. Although I waited a while on the hotline, I quickly made an appointment with the surgeon for the next day. The doctor was very nice and the nurse was even nicer. The entire procedure took only a short time and went without complications. I am satisfied.

  The ladies at the reception desk were very kind, as was the doctor herself. I remember my visit to the ophthalmologist very well, quickly and precisely.
