Perhaps someone should take a closer look at the lab work at this facility. The lab staff has no clue about basic hygiene. First, she'll drag a dirty basket out of the office and into the hallway, then fill out the paperwork, and without washing her hands or putting on clean, new gloves, she'll draw blood from the patient, and with those bearded hands, she'll place a swab on the sampling site. The next patient is served in the same way, only the swab and samples for them are placed on a tray that previously held blood samples from other patients. While she may not care about her own safety, that doesn't absolve her of her responsibility to follow basic hygiene rules. After filling out all the paperwork and before the blood draw, she should put on new gloves in front of the patient, and the swab and other materials should be placed on a clean tray, ready for use on the next patient. Perhaps someone should conduct training. On the plus side, she's a very kind and friendly woman, but that doesn't absolve her from following basic health and safety rules.

The dentist is a complete disaster. I had an appointment a while ago. I asked exactly what time my next appointment was. I showed up at the correct time, and the rude dentist started yelling at me that I had an earlier appointment. I do not recommend this place.

This is a complete disgrace. This dentist should have been closed long ago. Zero professionalism. He treats his patients with condescension.

After today's visit with Dr. Cieślak, I can say that nothing has changed in 20 years... 20 years ago, he treated my friend's grandmother and treated her like a regular... and I quote: "Let her undress, let her sit down." My friend's grandmother then left, calling him a "cha" and saying she would never set foot in there again. Twenty years later, the same doctor, seeing my autistic child, told him to undress. When the child said he was cold and only needed to pull up his shirt, the doctor said he wouldn't examine the child until he undressed. This led to a stressful situation with the child, who became frustrated. The doctor then went off the deep end and said it was my fault the child was this way and that wisdom was needed to raise such a child. In short, Mr. Cieślak isn't even fit to put a Band-Aid on a wound with his unprofessional approach to patients, and doctors like him are treating people...

They'd probably answer the phone at the emergency room before you could even get through here! No one answers, or it's always busy. 100 calls made since morning and nothing. It's finally time for a change at the front desk...
