  Dr. Wojtania Małgorzata has a wonderful way with children. This is the first time my three-year-old daughter hasn't been afraid of a doctor's appointment, and she's been happy to go to each one. She's a very warm, empathetic, and professional doctor. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

  I've been using this facility for many years, both for National Health Fund (NFZ) and private appointments. The doctor service is top-notch. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the service and organization at this facility. Scheduling an appointment with the National Health Fund (NFZ) is practically impossible. By 8 a.m., there are no more appointments for the internist. Those waiting in line at the inpatient clinic are happily told by the receptionist that they should try to register tomorrow morning, preferably by phone through the bot, as it's very easy to get an appointment. There are three people at the registration desk, with only one woman registering in the inpatient clinic and two by phone. Perhaps a sign informing inpatient patients that only five people can make an appointment is available. Private care is completely different, as I have an appointment with a specialist the next day. I receive an email informing me of the upcoming appointment. Then the bot calls to confirm the appointment, and surprisingly, at 9:03 a.m., the same woman from the reception desk calls to confirm her appointment as well. A private visit cannot be cancelled because we all know what I mean :) When I said that I had already confirmed the appointment via the bot, I heard that it hadn't checked the confirmation 😳 Well, it seems there are different priorities and service in this clinic, both via the bot because it supposedly works efficiently within the framework of NFZ services 😏 and in the registration, private visits are a priority 😏

  Getting a child's appointment with a doctor, covered by the National Health Fund, is always a near-miracle. Vaccination schedules are insane. They unscrupulously left the issue of an unvaccinated newborn unaddressed. They suggested the first mandatory vaccination for when the baby would have been 3 months old!!! From today: zero intervention when another patient pushed his way into my office and sat there for 40 minutes. The doctor called my name, but somehow she didn't mind that a completely different person came in. The receptionists also seemed indifferent. It's probably not LeczyMed anymore, but WszystkonamjednoMed. Re: Please don't distort reality. The person who rushed into the office at lightning speed sat there for 30 minutes, and then the correct patients came in. The doctor didn't even look for the right person for a second, and I was sitting right next to the office, feeding my baby. After 30 minutes, the correct patients entered the office, and still no corrections were made. Regarding vaccinations, this is pure disregard on your part. You have no regard for the patient's well-being in this case.

  I have no complaints about the medical care; my baby smiles at the doctor's sight. The community midwife was also very helpful, and I have fond memories of the care. A minus for the receptionist, who, when I tried to schedule an appointment with the midwife after the birth, gave me the wrong number. Then, when I remembered about the appointment, the woman practically shouted at me that I wasn't answering the phone and they couldn't reach me. Only when she called the correct number, I answered immediately. She blatantly lied and tried to blame me for her mistake.
