  While trying to schedule a rehabilitation appointment today, the receptionist questioned the doctor's referral, saying there were too many treatments and I wouldn't be scheduled for them. She also mentioned that I couldn't make any rehabilitation appointments at the private practice because, as she quotes, "they'll find me in the system and I won't be accepted for any appointments at this clinic." The waiting time for rehabilitation is seven months; the receptionist herself determines which treatments and how many patients will be admitted. In short, you pay health insurance premiums, and then you can't fully utilize them because someone has their own rules.

  I do not recommend gynecologist Roman Pielas for anything, I was at my first appointment and I remember it very badly, when I told the doctor that I was in pain and I actually started to struggle, he said nothing, and at the end, without any tests, he forced birth control pills on me, saying that it would improve my acne, but it really doesn't work there.

  This is ridiculous!! Today I called the clinic to schedule an ultrasound. From 8 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., I made about a hundred attempts. I got through once and no one answered. The second time, the lady answered and hung up. I could hear her talking, then hung up. The third and final time, the lady answered and said there were no available appointments. Registration is supposedly one day, but it takes 15 minutes. I don't understand why they offer phone registration if no one answers. Not everyone can be at the clinic in the morning. Very poor.

  I waited six months for an appointment, scheduled for 12:30, and the delay was over an hour. It was a disaster. It was packed and hot. If the doctor was so late, they should have called to let me know, not to say I had to stand there and wait over an hour with a bad leg that I could barely walk.

  It used to be easy to register, regardless of the time of day, but now you have to register by phone from 7:30. I called at 7:40 today to register and the line was always busy. I only got through at 10 and the receptionist told me the same old story, that registration would start tomorrow at 7:30. I said I called today and the phone was busy all the time. The receptionist told me that they were trying to answer the phone all the time, blah blah blah, of course, they probably have the phone on hold, it's a joke, doctors simply don't want to work, they don't care about other people and they don't care about the well-being of the patient.
