Terrible service, I tried to call dozens of times in the half hour since the opening and it was always busy. When I finally got a signal, of course no one answered and the call ended. After a few more attempts, the lady said there were no more places available.

I'm very disappointed with the level of service at this clinic. I had an appointment with my family doctor for a teleconsultation, but I had to wait a whole week, which is difficult in itself when you're sick and need help. Unfortunately, no one called me at the scheduled time. I don't know who's at fault—whether it's the receptionist or the doctor—but situations like this are absolutely unacceptable. Patients are left without any information or assistance, even though everything was supposed to be scheduled. I definitely don't recommend this clinic.

The lady at the reception was rude as if she was there as a punishment, the orthopedist was ok

The receptionists are incredibly nice, although not all of them. I've been calling for three days to register a child with bronchitis. Of course, there are no available spots. The child was choking. No medications. And the lady on the phone brazenly tells me to take care of myself. Come on, people. If there are never any spots available, please increase the number of pediatricians.

I'm very disappointed. Friday, 4:30 PM, my daughter is experiencing dizziness, nausea, and vomiting. Unfortunately, they refused to help me. They claimed it was too late and all the doctors were running out of time. We were sent to the hospital. What a disaster.
