  What's happening here is a complete joke. I try to call the reception desk - there's a dial tone, but no one answers from 8:00 a.m. until a few minutes after 10:00 p.m. Finally, I give up and write an email because I can't count on them answering the phone. Surprisingly, they reply to emails quite promptly, but they completely fail to answer my questions. After exchanging a few messages, my phone rings. I was in a meeting at work, so I missed it. Immediately afterward, I get an email saying: "Please pick up the phone." I reply that I'm currently in a meeting at work and can't answer, but I'll call you back as soon as I finish. 40 minutes pass - I call back. "Hello, I'm calling you back because you've been calling from this number." And now, shockingly, the woman on the other end asks me my name. I answer, to which she says, OUTRAGED: "BUT WHY ARE YOU CALLING THE OFFICE?! DO YOU THINK YOU'RE THE ONLY ONE HERE?!?! WE HAVE TONS OF PHONES. I tell her I'm calling back because someone called, and I replied that I would. What does the woman say? Still indignantly, "WE'RE THE ONE CALLING BACK, YOU'RE NOT THE ONE CALLING YOURSELF." At this point, I'm truly at my wit's end. I can't get through, I can't communicate via email, and when I finally do get through, it's only to hear some woman complain that I have the DARESS to call the office. This is an unfunny joke.

  Hello. Unfortunately, one of the ladies at the front desk is very rude and incompetent. I called yesterday because I'm pregnant and urgently needed to see a primary care doctor. At first, the lady told me to come in person to the front desk so she could make an appointment for me, and that many doctors are sick right now, with only two left for the entire clinic. Today, I learned that all the doctors are there, so as you can see, we live in a sick world with sick people. I support the elimination of these types of facilities with such terrible people working there. I only see a doctor once every five years, I emphasize. Best regards, Mrs.

  Getting through on the phone is next to impossible, which is why I don't go to the doctor's office every five years. Why is it that there are no available appointments, or I call for two hours and no one answers, or the office is constantly busy, and nothing happens? I should also add that the receptionists usually don't answer calls at all, even though there are no people or lines six feet long. As for the internists, because I drink too much, there are two of them, and it's a miracle there are more! Unfortunately, Dr. Jarzyna isn't a good name when people are reluctant to seek treatment or advice from her! She's unfriendly and apathetic, as if she wanted or had to treat people as a punishment, so she doesn't deserve an A+. Unfortunately, the clinic doesn't meet the basic criteria.

  Every 20 years, I needed the help of an internist, and I got it immediately. I received a prescription for the right medications and the necessary referrals without even asking. I thank Dr. Ewa Strzelecka, who found me by chance, but was very effective. There was no queue at the registration desk or at the office, which I was afraid of. I wish such successful visits to every patient. My mother, an elderly and ailing person, recommends Dr. Małgorzata Kałwak-Jastrzębska to anyone who doesn't know her, because they will be very pleased. My mother thanks her - Liliana Brodzińska.

  The worst doctor I've ever seen. The neurologist asked what was wrong with me, then said it was just the way it was and what advice she was supposed to give me. She asked if she should prescribe painkillers. The visit was over after two minutes. A complete waste of time. I don't recommend it.
