  I was lucky to register with a very good GP, Ms Magda Kozioł. Knowledgeable and with a proactive attitude. Can't say the same about the receptionists. With one exception (a nice lady wearing glasses, grey hair, medium height) the receptionists treat the patients as scum, barely deserving their attention. These women really have an attitude problem, should emigrate to Belarus to help policing the protesters. They don't appreciate that the patients indirectly pay for their service, so should be treated with respect. Very unprofessional. Update after a year or so. Reception: The old reception team evidently took my advice and went to Byelarus or Ukraine, good riddance. The current receptionists are friendly and forthcoming. Even smiling sometimes. Fortunately the grey-haired lady has remained, best of all them despite having to deal with issues with the facility's management (which is amateurish). Still their telephone technical arrangements seem to be decades behind, no call queuing or feedback on caller's place in line. But credit where it's due: they have improved. GP's: for some reason my favourite GP was relegated to the paediatric department. Good for the kids, not so for the ailing oldies like me. Out of necessity and through a recommendation I try now to have my appointments with Mr Wyroslawski whenever Ms Kozioł is not available. Dr Wyroslawski is on par; he listens to the patient, is not arrogant, is knowledgeable, is not overbearing like some other old-school doctors in the practice. I've been considering for a while whether to switch to another GP practice; now I'm thinking I'll wait to see if they will keep improving.

  I've been a patient at this clinic since childhood, and I can't say a bad word. I'm satisfied with the care I received. I'd especially like to thank midwife Karolina. The home visits were top-notch, and I received answers and assistance for every question I had. Karolina has extensive medical knowledge and is also very friendly. I could also contact her by phone at any time. I highly recommend midwife Karolina to all expectant mothers.

  Lekarz rodzinny Dr.Dmytro bardzo nie grzeczne zachowanie do pacjenta, zatrzymał kolejkę na 50 min, a później zaczął mnie poganiać , bo przecież on nie ma czasu. Absolutnie nie słucha pacjenta, dolegliwości i prośbę, odpuścił parę nieprzyjemnych żartów w moją stronę. Perz go niedopatrzenie, muszę ponownie spędzać czas w przychodni, żeby wziąć receptę na leki, które biorę łącznie z chemią. A pani na recepcji tylko się śmiały że mnie (pani jest obrażona, jak że to pan doktor będzie się przyjmować się przez to...), Nie polecam!
