  Overall, you could say the clinic is okay – friendly, helpful nurses, experienced doctors. However, the recently installed phone line has been ruining the picture. Waiting by the phone, even for several hours, is definitely not good for patients. Previously, without this newfangled device, appointments could be booked without any problems. Perhaps they should listen to people and return to their previous practice?

  I like this clinic, but keeping Pręgowska around, who's always having problems, constantly referring patients to other doctors, rolling her eyes, and yelling at them, is a complete misunderstanding. Retirees belong in retirement, not in a clinic where people come for help. Issuing a referral for a blood test when the system already has information from a specialist about a chronic illness isn't sufficient evidence or reason to issue a referral for a blood test. According to Pregowska, such certificates are "garbage."

  I've been a patient at this clinic for over 20 years, but I'm considering a change. What's going on there is a complete disaster. Calling in the morning takes about 40 minutes, and later calls are ignored, in my opinion. Once you get through, the women are rude and unsympathetic. If you're not cut out for working with people, it suggests you change jobs. Another issue is that when I had trouble getting a prescription for a medication I have to take daily, no one even bothered to call and inform me about the situation. As a result, I was left without my medication, which was unpleasant. I have no complaints about the doctors. However, the reception staff, with their lack of manners, are not cut out for working with people; these are not the right times.

  The worst clinic... It's almost impossible to get through to them by phone... Once, when I went for an appointment with my daughter, the ladies at the reception desk, instead of answering the phone, were chatting and drinking coffee.
