I strongly advise against this clinic for patients with chronic illnesses. As someone with diabetes, hypertension, and Hashimoto's, I was treated outrageously. My appointment with my family doctor, for which I had waited three weeks, was canceled by text message on the day of the appointment. After scheduling another appointment (in another three weeks!), the same thing happened again – I received a text message canceling my appointment after the clinic closed hours, without any replacement doctor. For a total of six months, I haven't been able to get in to see a primary care physician for the necessary referrals and treatment follow-up. Furthermore, the diabetes clinic where I was treated closed without any prior notice. At the registration desk, I was simply told "I can change clinics." This is a lack of empathy, a lack of organization, and a risk to the health of chronically ill patients. I am taking this matter to the Patient Ombudsman and the National Health Fund.

Another time (3) when the appointment was canceled and there was no contact, either by phone or text. Another time I checked if the contact number was correct – it was correct! Another time the receptionists looked at me with wide eyes and surprise. Reading other comments, this problem has been going on for a long time and nothing is being done about it... To me, it's a complete lack of respect for patients. Over the years, the quality of the facility and the services provided has declined significantly.

This is not normal, one doctor for everyone is accepting patients from 11 am and how can I make an appointment with a doctor, everyone is on sick leave, so there is no way to be there. Regards

Today, I scheduled an appointment for an elderly, ailing man with a urologist and neurologist. Upon arrival, I discovered the urologist's appointment had been canceled, which no one informed me of. Apparently, there was no phone number, and the neurologist doesn't see patients on Wednesdays. So, I ask—who schedules these appointments? It's a disaster, and I'm speechless. Only one star because I can't publish my review without the stars.

The perennial problem of calling the clinic and making appointments is the lack of any flexibility. The allergist works as he pleases, according to his own schedule, constantly on vacation. There's a complete lack of professionalism, and the reception staff are rude. My son's train was delayed, he arrived three minutes after the scheduled time, and he didn't see the doctor (he didn't even pass him in the doorway; he was simply gone). When my child couldn't make it to his scheduled desensitization appointment, even though he should have received the next dose within four weeks of his last appointment, the receptionist only has a distant date (over eight weeks apart), and the medication can supposedly only be administered by a doctor...
