After many years of using Dr. Roguś-Skorupska's services (privately), today it turned out that the problem was with the prescription for the ointment my child is supposed to use for the next three months (I had run out). The prescription was supposedly issued a month ago, at my request, and I didn't purchase it. I did call to request the prescription, but I didn't receive the code. I assumed someone had simply forgotten. Therefore, I need to make an appointment (paid for and postponed) to "reissue" the prescription. The doctor has information in her system that the prescription was issued, and she's not interested in my proof that I didn't receive the code. She and her staff are not at fault here. I bear no blame for this situation. I'm not even referring to the tone in which I was informed that an in-person visit was necessary. However... no! I was treated in a condescending and unacceptable manner.

I can recommend Dr. Skorupska to anyone struggling with acne. I've been seeing her for two years, and she cured my acne. She's incredibly kind, and it's clear she knows her stuff. She saved, and continues to save, my face.

Unfortunately, I won't recommend Dr. Skorupska to anyone. It's been over a year of visits, both privately and through the National Health Fund. Every visit, a series of medications (mainly steroids) worth 200-300 złoty, and no improvement. She may be good at peeling and masks, but every other cosmetologist does the same, and yet, a doctor is expected to do a bit more.

Dr. Dorota Roguś-Skorupska, MD, PhD, is a dream doctor. If I had to imagine what a doctor should be like... it would be just like you. I've never met a doctor like you before. She's complete... she has all the qualities a professional doctor should have. She's competent, has extensive knowledge in her specialty, is empathetic, warm, and very cheerful. 🥰❤️ Thank you and I wholeheartedly recommend her, Dariusz.

Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Chlebcewicz-Łazanska, and I really appreciated her demeanor. Her inner calm and ability to listen to her patients are qualities every doctor should possess. My visits with Dr. Skorupska were also pleasant. I'm glad I can always take advantage of the professional services offered by this office.
