The nurse on duty during colonoscopy procedures on January 10th should change jobs. Many patients commented on her behavior as unpleasant, lacking empathy, and as if she were working as a punishment. As the patient's companion, I asked a question and was met with an answer as if I were an uninvited guest. A medical facility should be associated with empathy, not with working as a punishment, especially since procedures under anesthesia are stressful for patients.

I'm in the process of investigating the situation, but it's bizarre. Were my Holter results lost? Of course, no one knows anything. After the test, I was informed by a nurse that I should receive a call from the doctor in about three weeks to discuss it over the phone or possibly invite me to discuss the results in person. I waited a month, and nothing happened—no call. After a month, I called the registration desk and had to wait another month and a half for an appointment. Worst of all, when I arrived, Ms. Klaudia Kowalska informed me that my results were missing from the system. I was informed that someone would contact me the next day, and Ms. Kowalska herself would be monitoring the matter. Unfortunately, no one had contacted me so far, so I called the receptionist, but no one knew anything. I was told I had to come in person during the nurse's office hours and discuss the results. Six months of waiting for the test and results, and I feel like I'm being passed from one person to another. I don't feel cared for in any way, just simply dismissed. The worst part is that no one seems interested. I can't say anything bad about the receptionists, who try to help in any way they can, but I'm getting conflicting information from the doctor and nurse.

As a very young pregnant woman (16 years old), my mother and I both find community midwife Małgorzata Pancer to be a very kind, warm, and pleasant person with a high level of personal culture. Sensitive, professional, and helpful, with a kind and supportive approach. We wholeheartedly recommend her. We also highly recommend gynecologist Marek Foltman; he is very competent, experienced, and has a professional approach to patients. He is also kind and practical. We can wholeheartedly recommend her.

Registration here is a joke. My appointment was for 2 p.m., I waited from 1:40 p.m., and when I got there, it turned out the people scheduled for 11 a.m. hadn't shown up. Finally, at 4:30 p.m., I managed to get in to see the doctor and get some cream without anyone noticing my skin or showing any concern about any improvement. It was a disaster.
