The neurologist seems to be in her own world. She doesn't listen to patient feedback, doesn't check attached documents, and asks the registration desk for help. There's a complete lack of respect for the patient. For example, "Please remove your shoes. I have a back problem, it's snowy, cold, and I have difficulty bending." The doctor says, "I should have worn different shoes." So, should I wear flip-flops? I definitely don't recommend this. It's a shame that publications require stars, because without a star, there's no publication. I would give it less than zero!

I went with my mother to see a urologist at the "Piątka" Public Healthcare Center, and unfortunately, I have to express my great disappointment. The doctor was very unfriendly and difficult to communicate with. The ultrasound lasted only about two minutes, and then, without further explanation, the decision was made to insert a standard catheter. I have doubts about this solution – especially since a catheter carries a risk of infection. Instead of honest answers, I received comments like, "I don't care what others say, I'm the urologist." This was very unprofessional and left many questions unanswered. The facility itself is well-organized, but unfortunately, the doctor's approach to the patient and his family left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Urologist Dr. W... took such good care of me that several years after my visits with him, I had a kidney removed with a large malignant tumor that, according to the doctor, was harmless... Furthermore, the tumor has spread widely and I'm undergoing oncological treatment...!!! Urologists at one hospital said it was blatant negligence...!!! I'm very grateful to the doctor for possibly sending me to my grave...!!!

The clinic looks like it's been in a war zone. Zero organization and respect for patients. The doctors' approach leaves much to be desired. There are five women at the reception desk, and when a patient approaches the window, they roll their eyes because they're being interrupted while drinking their coffee. What a disaster...

We can always count on having an appointment, which is very important to me because I have two children and want them seen on the same day if they're sick (as we know, not everywhere is like that). Good pediatricians, excellent specialists for adults as well. Professional help, friendly staff. It's easy to get through by phone. Probably the only clinic in the area that also offers home visits.
