It's a farce, four hours to get routine checkups. At least the doctors at the clinic have a normal approach. Psychologist Katarzyna is a typical doctor by the will of the parents/God's grace. Lacking professionalism, empathy, or understanding, she's selfish, conceited, and insecure.

A strange medical center keeps patients at the door and they enter after showing a text message three minutes before their appointment, after entering they have to fill out a card, the lack of organization is an understatement.

There's no information that the clinic is open shorter hours. That's a bummer. Maybe an update that you're open until 4 p.m. instead of 8 p.m. 👎

I've been to the facility once so far, and the reception was fine, and the hours were even more or less accurate, but... the pediatric cardiologist, Katarzyna N., is unpleasant, disrespectful to the patient, and won't let either parent enter with the baby... why? Culture doesn't cost anything...

The "nurse" in room 25 showed a scandalous lack of knowledge – she didn't disinfect my finger before she wanted to prick it to take a blood sample for a glucose test. When I pointed out that this was against hygiene standards, she rudely replied that there was a tap there and they could wash themselves. I'm surprised that someone with such a lack of basic knowledge about infectious diseases got the job. Shameful.
