There's little point in making a child's appointment with a specific doctor, because in the event of illness, they're randomly assigned to whoever happens to be "available" and sees them. This system distorts the idea of a family doctor, who should know their patient and build a relationship with them. Meanwhile, the clinic employs several doctors, most of whom patients don't want to see, yet they are still employed. Unfortunately, Końskie remains backward – lacking electronic records, electronic patient records, or any similar facilities. Stable, but...

I don't recommend it; you have to be healthy to be treated there. I called sick children and registered my son, and it took almost 60 calls to get through. Dr. Kalużna is very nice and competent, but Szabelak is a complete disaster. She doesn't even write prescriptions herself, probably due to her age. She charges a nurse to prescribe medications that are eligible for reimbursement, and she issues referrals for tests that need to be done at their clinic, even though they can only be done in three days, instead of referring to another lab. For my child's sake, I had them done privately, and I advise avoiding Szabelak. Any pharmacist will help a child more than she will, and certainly faster and in a polite manner.

Panie Pracujące w rejestracji są wyjątkowo niemiłe i niekompetentne. Nie znają obowiązujących przepisów, a do tego wydzwaniając do pacjenta - nie słuchają, tylko zarzucają człowieka pretensjami. Pracę i człowieka trzeba szanować. Na szczęście zmieniłam już Przychodnię i cieszę się, że już nigdy nie będę musiała „rozmawiać” z tymi Paniami.

A disaster. Everyone is mean, rude, and rude. They work for a living. If you can't afford it (even through the National Health Fund), no one wants to talk to you. It's the worst clinic I've ever been to, and I definitely won't be setting foot there again. Therefore, I advise against visiting anyone who doesn't want to be treated like a condescending idiot.
