  I was looking for a dermatologist for my daughters and found Dr. Agnieszka Słowik, who is extremely competent, empathetic, and an excellent specialist. The visit was pleasant, the doctor explained everything in detail, and she provided excellent treatment options. I highly recommend her!

  My review mainly concerns Dr. Jacek Drabina; there are no stars left 😉 I don't know, I don't know any other doctor like him. He's simply so kind and polite, always helping in any situation. He's patient, never pressed for time, and you can ask questions, and unfortunately, there aren't many doctors like him anymore. He's a very good doctor with a heart for his patients and, above all, a very nice person. 👍 I wholeheartedly recommend urologist Jacek Drabina to everyone.

  I recommend it as part of my medical package, and there are a lot of really high-class specialists. I only had one experience with a specific neurologist, but apparently, neurologists are like that. The receptionists are kind and helpful.

  Overall, the place is a positive one; there are many good specialists, and the receptionists are very nice, which I appreciate, as working with so many patients is demanding. I'm deducting one star due to the limited availability of doctor appointments. Perhaps an additional receptionist would be helpful (at least during peak hours), as the receptionists are very busy and it's sometimes difficult to get through by phone to schedule an appointment.

  This is my FIRST review, with emphasis on the first. I do not recommend her. The ladies at the front desk are very rude. I called twice and both times I felt attacked. Their tone clearly indicated I was bothering them and wanted to end the conversation as quickly as possible. I wanted to make an appointment with Dr. Spaczynska. A minute before I called, another lady canceled. She jumped at me, saying the appointment was for July (she didn't even check the calendar). When I explained that the appointment had opened up a minute ago, I was told she was already checking the calendar and that July 11th was available. In a very rude tone, she said she couldn't see it and that someone had probably made an appointment online. I didn't realize it was so difficult to get an appointment in Olkusz when someone had already made an appointment in 20 seconds (unless the lady at the front desk had promised someone an appointment). When I called the day before to ask if I could let them know if anything opened up, she told me to call on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I won't use your services again if the receptionists speak to patients this way. It's a shame, because I'm close to you. I'd rather go to Krakow or Katowice. At least I'm treated with respect there.
