  I don't understand the negative comments from other commenters. I have a very positive experience with this clinic. When I call to schedule an appointment, I'm always greeted pleasantly and always manage to schedule an optimal time. The phone is always answered quickly. I've never had to wait on hold for hours, as is the case with other medical facilities. The medical services my wife and I have used have always been of a high standard.

  I'm very pleased with my visit to the clinic. I had an ultrasound scheduled the same day I called to inquire about National Health Fund (NFZ) appointments. The receptionist kindly explained how I should prepare for the procedure. The doctor clearly explained the procedure. Everything went smoothly, on time, and in a very pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

  The receptionist is very kind and friendly, always helpful, and she answers the phone, which is unusual in some clinics. The clinic has excellent doctors and specialists, and people from neighboring towns and beyond come to see them. I know this because I spoke with a woman from Częstochowa who goes to a surgeon. I personally see a gastroenterologist, gynecologist, and dentist—the best I know. I've also used the ultrasound facility. I highly recommend them.

  I don't think the woman at the reception desk is even fit to guard a public restroom. Upon entering the reception area, I was told I should wear a mask, which I immediately did. When I asked if the woman would wear one too, I had to hear a whole bunch of insults directed at me, including the trendy F-word. Furthermore, the woman stated that she didn't need to wear a mask because she was just sitting there. I was also told that there were no appointments available for the ultrasound room, because NO!!! I haven't yet had a chance to find out if the specialists employed there meet the appropriate standards, because the receptionist effectively prevented me from doing so.

  We waited a long time to respond to the unfavorable review of our ultrasound facility. To clarify, as is always the case, the truth lies somewhere in between. It's true that you arrived and weren't seen on time, but you didn't want to wait and left immediately. This woman wanted to be seen out of line, explaining that the patient needed to have the test done quickly; she was pressed for time, and it's true that the doctor didn't respond. And now, what wasn't written: you were put in front of the queue, while the person who entered the room entered on time, at the scheduled time. It's not true that the doctor was late; you were informed that doctors usually arrive earlier. However, as is often the case, the doctor arrived on time. I emphasize that you were listed out of line, ahead of the scheduled patients. In the doctor's defense, the receptionist didn't notice the doctor's arrival and didn't inform him about the patient who had been listed ahead of the queue. This is how the empathy of the staff and the director's determination to strive to help patients at all costs are met with retribution. In return for our willingness to help the patient, the patient wrote a very unfavorable review of us. However, aside from the fact that the woman didn't enter the laboratory at the time she requested, she knows nothing about our specialists, who boast years of experience and excellent expertise, as evidenced by the lack of negative reviews regarding the tests performed. We perform tests using the highest quality equipment, manufactured by leading companies in their field, which can visualize even the smallest lesions. Combined with the specialists' knowledge and experience, this gives us incredible effectiveness in detecting conditions and abnormalities that can be treated with our diagnoses.
