Despite so many negative reviews, we decided to book my daughter in for a vaccination today, led by wonderful women. They took such good care of us, like never before. They radiated such calm, understanding, and empathy for both my daughter and me. Thanks to them, the visit went quickly, efficiently, and safely. My daughter is terrified of doctors, but here she truly trusted them completely and relaxed. I'm truly grateful that we were able to be in their hands ♥️

Unfortunately, I have to share a very negative experience with this facility. The staff is rude and incompetent – they treat patients with disrespect, as if they were an obstacle rather than someone in need of help. The doctors seem tired and disinterested, and they lack empathy and thoroughness in their approach to patients. There's a long wait for an appointment, and when it does begin, it lasts literally minutes – without a real diagnosis or willingness to listen to the problem. A complete lack of professionalism and respect. I don't recommend this clinic to anyone.

I don't know why we have to schedule appointments???? If the queue is first come, first served!?! Numbers issued at registration would be better!!!! And the queue is by number.

The attitude towards people is terrible. I came to make an appointment with the doctor because I got sick, they sent me away because the doctor couldn't see me. They said there were too many patients. How can I open a sick leave? Should I go to work sick? I don't have a car to look for other doctors.
