  Once you're at the doctor's office, it's fine, but first you have to go through registration. The women at the general reception desk are on a million different topics, preoccupied with themselves, continuing to chat even while patients wait at the window. Very unpleasant. It's a good thing that many things can now be done online, so you can avoid it. Unfortunately, it's not always possible. It's completely different at the pediatric reception desk, where the women always find a solution and lean on the patient.

  Registering with a doctor there by phone was a disaster. I tried to register by dialing the clinic's number at 7:30 a.m. I was probably 18th in line. Finally, when I got through, I was told that unfortunately, they couldn't register me because the doctor's list was already full. I asked the receptionist: "What should I do?" I feel very weak, I have a fever, and I need to see a doctor today, also because of work and the need to justify my absence. She told me that if I wanted to be seen today, I should come to Żnin and ask the doctor if he would see me. Of course, I also got the doctor's number, which I couldn't reach by phone. I drove 20 km to Żnin to ask if I could be seen. The doctor agreed to see me, but it would take five hours. So I returned home because I didn't want to wait there with a fever on the bench. Finally, I was admitted. Unfortunately, my health deteriorated, and a week later I had to consult a doctor again. And what happened? Same situation! Except that when I called at exactly 7:30, I was probably 15th in line. I have to go back and ask the doctor to see me. What a disaster! The receptionist should have suggested I see another doctor if I can't get in to see mine. Especially since I told her about my health condition. A sick person has to travel to Żnin twice just to be seen by a doctor?!

  Doctors in Poland do not formally take the Hippocratic Oath, but the Physician's Oath (included in the Code of Medical Ethics), which is its modern, modified equivalent, committing to serving life and health, providing care without distinction, maintaining medical confidentiality, upholding the dignity of the profession, and continuously improving their qualifications, with an emphasis on the well-being of the patient. Ms. Koszek has recently outdone herself; the most important thing is that the zlotys are right. I'll report this whole incident to the National Health Fund anyway; I wonder if she'll be happy then.

  I registered my son at this clinic and wish he had been there from birth. I never have a problem with registration; I call point 8 and my son is always scheduled for an appointment. The receptionists are always kind and explain everything. I'm surprised by the negative reviews, as I've never had any unpleasant experiences. As for pediatrics, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Saskowska; she's a wonderful person and has never refused to help us.
