One star is only for answering the phone. The service is rude, the comments are repeated, it's high time something was done about it! I should add that the service is incompetent. They have no idea how a one-time visit and assistance work. After I asked her to calm down, the woman hung up on me over the phone... It's high time to replace the staff... Please read other people's comments about your clinic.

The service was unpleasant; once again, I was sent away with the information that the clinic was not accepting new patients. Even though I had high blood pressure that day, they refused to help me; the nurse didn't even bother to take my blood pressure.

Getting through there lately has been almost impossible. And when you do get through, you're told to call tomorrow, or maybe Monday, because there's no room. You get frustrated, go in person, and what do you find out...? There's no one at the center except the receptionists. And why aren't they answering the phone? Simple: because they have their volume turned off... I don't recommend it.

Instead of examining and minding her own business, the neurologist, Ms. Z., is making some sort of accusation about vaccinations. It's unacceptable and reprehensible. She should take better care of herself.

Very nice and helpful ladies at the registration desk, to whom I sincerely greet. Five stars for sure. I've never been disappointed.
