  Not only have I been trying to call for a week, but when I finally managed to get through and asked for a quick appointment with a gynecologist due to a shortage of birth control pills, all I was told was that such things are supposed to be thought about in advance. When I said I thought I had another pack, the response was, "That's your thinking." I received no help, only rudeness from the registration desk. That nasty woman is probably punished there.

  Today's appointment is for 12:00 PM. I go to the registration desk and the lady tells me to ask who's last, but there are six patients ahead of me. How can they schedule multiple people for the exact same time? Is this normal? A 1.5-hour delay. DISGUSTING.

  The clinic is nicely decorated, with everything clearly marked, from the reception desk to the treatment rooms. The waiting room is large. Upon entering, I went to the registration desk. The woman took down my details and told me to wait until the doctor called me by name. Upon entering the office, I discovered I wasn't registered and had to go register, and another patient was called from the queue. When I entered the office, the first question the doctor asked was: private or National Health Fund (NFZ). When I said National Health Fund (NFZ), the spell was broken... The ENT doctor is hopeless and rude to patients. I don't recommend it.

  I've been calling the clinic for three days now to make an appointment, and I can't get through, and no one answers the phone. It's very disproportionate.

  I'm surprised places like this still exist... They schedule patients with a dermatologist for a specific time, then upon arrival, they're given a number and the order of appointment is determined by registration. Instead of waiting a short time, you end up waiting over two hours after your appointment. Then, between patients, there are representatives who come in ahead of the queue. 😕 It's a real nightmare. The receptionist is very pretentious. I don't know why people like this are parading around in their services. The dermatologist visit itself is a snap and leaves much to be desired... Avoid this place.
