  What's happening at the reception desk of NZOZ Specmed is UNACCEPTABLE. I was there a few years ago, and the level of service was already outrageous. Today I gave it a second chance and I regret it. Rudeness, rudeness, and a complete lack of respect for patients are still the norm there. THE PERSON (you can't call this woman a receptionist) at the front desk acts as if she's doing them a favor by even speaking to anyone. Zero help, zero kindness, just a brusque tone and condescending treatment. People come there sick, stressed, often frightened, and are met with an attitude that only worsens their condition. This isn't a private farm, but a medical facility also funded by our money. I ask you directly: who employs these people and who oversees their work? Does no one really see how patients are treated there? A minimum of professionalism, common courtesy, and a modicum of empathy would suffice. Instead, the atmosphere feels like a punishment. I don't agree with this kind of treatment and I'm surprised it's still accepted. If anyone in management is reading this, please finally address the reception staff, as they are the ones who shape the entire facility's reputation. Right now, it's abysmal.

  The gynecology clinic is a disaster... I got through today without a problem, but the woman who does the registration there is a complete mess. Her responses like "be happy you found an appointment" and "please forget about changing your appointment" are beyond comprehension. I'm a healthy person, but when choosing the appointment, did you think about people with cancer? Those who need a gynecologist immediately? They can't wait a year. You're doing the registrations out of kindness, as if Pati were a private company. I can afford to go private, but many people can't. I hope you read this and karma comes back to you with a vengeance.

  My baby has a terrible stomach ache. The doctor has issued a referral for an ultrasound under CITO! After a whole day of calling, the receptionist answered the phone. I managed to get through!! The appointment is over two weeks away? This is absurd. I went in person and stood at the reception desk (wanting to urgently schedule an ultrasound for my baby with severe abdominal pain – for a quicker appointment). Waiting alone at the reception desk (no one was there), the receptionist, seeing me, went somewhere. Probably to smoke. Nothing was resolved. After waiting about 10 minutes, I gave up and left. The phone never rang. Why couldn't I get through all day? Absolutely absurd. Starting next year, you'll be done with drinking coffee and hanging up the phone.

  Registration is terrible. They're misleading, and you can't get through by phone. The appointment was supposed to be without a queue after an injury, but when you get there, you're told who's the last one in line. I don't recommend it!!!

  It's a tragedy trying to get through to this clinic. The Orthopedic Clinic has appointments for the end of July 2026. Abdominal ultrasounds are available on the National Health Fund in 1.5 to 2 months, and privately within 3 days. The ladies at the reception desk seem to be punished for not answering the phone. I understand that the staff is limited. Perhaps they could hire someone to at least answer the phone.
