A tragedy. A lack of tact, manners, and competence from the very beginning, starting with the reception desk. They wouldn't make an appointment with a doctor at my request, but suggested I go to a pharmacy to see if they could give me some advice – recommending a slim, older woman at the reception desk with light, curly hair. She doesn't understand her primary job role at all. However, we see an overreach of authority and a failure to follow patient care guidelines.

The Sports Medicine Clinic is a disaster. The doctor forcefully diagnoses a healthy child with illnesses, only to have it end in a few visits instead of just one. The receptionists are rude, unhelpful, and condescending, just to show the patient what a blessing they are doing with their mere presence. The building itself is terrible; there are no working restrooms (maybe it's just my luck). The environment and approach to patients are "deep communist Poland." I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! AVOID THIS PLACE, especially with children.

Dermatology is a disaster, I got an appointment in July for October, then it turned out that I didn't have any appointment, I don't recommend it

I highly don't recommend this gynecological clinic. Nurse Ewa Bujak is a complete misunderstanding. I didn't think people like that even interacted with patients. She's smarter than the doctor. This woman decides whether the doctor will issue a referral or not. It's a shame... I also witnessed her friend come in, who didn't even have to go into Dr. Bujak's office, and she got the referral she wanted. We're in the 21st century... and such behavior is punishable by law.

This clinic is a disaster. There's no clear signage around the registration desk or offices. The receptionists were trained in customer service in the Polish People's Republic. Only the blood draw lady is kind and courteous. I understand the healthcare system is underfunded, but they could at least buy coat hangers for patients and place them in the hallway.
