  I highly recommend the "Twój Lekarz" clinic. The reception staff is always helpful, friendly, and very empathetic – you can count on real support and efficient scheduling of appointments. The doctors are competent and attentive, taking nothing for granted and responding quickly, even in emergencies, which provides a great sense of security. I especially appreciate their approach to the youngest patients – vaccinations and visits for children take place in a pleasant, calm atmosphere, free from stress. The dedicated staff, good patient care, and the feeling of being truly cared for – I definitely recommend them.

  The ladies at the clinic's reception desk are very friendly. They're happy to help and offer advice. The doctors at this clinic are also very kind and always helpful. I've never had to wait long for an appointment.

  I went to this clinic for the first time to sign a declaration with great caution and skepticism, but I was pleasantly surprised. The receptionists were very welcoming and kind, and they immediately put me at ease. I want to say right away that I didn't come with just one problem, but as is usually the case, you put it off until it all comes up right away. I saw Dr. Mikhail Shevchuk. After listening carefully to me, reviewing my medical records, and collecting my medical history, he assessed my situation and advised me to approach the matter step by step. He prescribed additional tests and treatment, explained everything in detail, and explained how we would begin treatment. I want to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Mikhail Shevchuk for his work; I really wish there were more doctors like him.

  After the closure of the ZUM "LEK-TRANS" SP. Z.O.O. clinic at 10B Wł. Reymonta Street (formerly on Kręta Street), I was forced to choose another. My choice was the NZOZ "Twój Lekarz" (Your Doctor) on Zakładowa Street. And as time has shown, it was the right choice. In May, I was diagnosed with a chronic autoimmune disease and require constant, systematic medical care. And here, at the NZOZ "Twój Lekarz" (Your Doctor), I found it. At my first visit to my primary care physician, Mr. Mykhailo Shevchuk accurately diagnosed my condition and immediately referred me to a rheumatologist (Mr. Łukasz Lubiński) at the NZOZ "Twój Lekarz" clinic on Popowicka Street. I was greeted warmly and pleasantly at both the clinics on Zakładowa and Popowicka Streets. The receptionists were polite and empathetic. The doctors (Mr. Mykhailo Shevchuk and Mr. Łukasz Lubiński) demonstrate great kindness and understanding in their interactions with patients. I am very satisfied with the level of medical services provided (and this is covered by the National Health Fund). I would especially like to thank my primary care physician, Mr. Mykhailo Shevchuk, for his care, kindness, and understanding approach to the patient.
