Very friendly service. My original appointment was rescheduled for the next day because on the day of my scheduled procedure, I was returning from another city and my train was stuck in a field for an hour and a half. The staff were understanding and quickly squeezed me into the next-day queue. I highly recommend it :).

A very friendly clinic. From the moment you walk in, the ladies are there to help and, above all, want to help—which isn't always the case. It's a cozy place with a pleasant atmosphere. The receptionist is also super friendly, and the ladies are empathetic and very gentle.

The doctor has a great way with children. After the examination, he thoroughly explained the next steps for diagnosing and treating our 1.5-year-old child. The receptionists were very friendly and always smiling. We felt cared for :)

A complete disgrace! My appointment was delayed by an hour! The receptionists treated me like I was an empty seat! I paid for the appointment, 237 PLN, only to be told that the prescription medications I was taking, issued by doctors from the same clinic, weren't necessary, and that a long sick leave couldn't be issued (she simply needed time off from work). For some reason, the doctor couldn't issue the sick leave herself and told me to go to the reception desk. Even though my visit was the shortest compared to the previous patients who had come before me, I am utterly disgusted by this visit. I was treated better at the facility on Buforowa Street during my National Health Fund visits than at the paid visit at the facility in Bielany Wrocławskie! Thank you very much.
