  I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. I've been a patient of Dr. Włodzimierz Kostrzew since September. I go for checkups at least once a week. I'm delighted with the staff's approach and professionalism. The pleasant atmosphere they create during each visit is priceless to me.

  I have mixed feelings. The receptionists were very nice and professional, as was my family doctor. However, when I needed a referral and was offered another doctor because my family doctor couldn't, she was very unpleasant, even upset with me for expecting help from her. Things aren't always as they should be. You shouldn't get angry at a patient who needs help and then come back with a rude message.

  I'm shocked by the lack of professionalism of the healthcare workers. I came with my dad to have his blood drawn for tests – he has limited mobility, is ill, and blood draws are often difficult. The nurses in the laboratory approached the task professionally, and I have nothing to criticize them for. However, I can't believe other nurses entering the office and disrupting work! Firstly, it's GDPR – I was dictating my dad's PESEL number, and I don't want strangers listening to it! Secondly, my dad had his shirt off, and when the nurses opened the door, it created a draft, and people sitting in the hallway saw everything. To make matters worse, I saw a sign on the door saying you can't enter while a patient is in the office. If you don't follow this, why have this information?

  Today at 9:00 a.m. I was already at the clinic, next to the laboratory, with two children, one 3 years old and the other 7 months old. But the older one needed to pee, there was some kind of malfunction in the building and all the toilets were out of order, but okay, I understand. I had to go to the next building. When we returned, we immediately joined the queue. The lab staff saw two people ahead of me, and the rest let me through without waiting. However, just as I was about to enter the office with the children, the older woman informed me that it had just hit 9:30 and they wouldn't be seeing anyone else. When I started talking to this woman, another young woman came out and added that she WILL NOT JUMP OVER MY CHILDREN, literally, and informed me that there was another blood draw station. I should add that the child didn't have to fast for these tests, and that's the only place we could get them done, because they wouldn't do it at the hospital. I'm sorry, but unfortunately, the lab staff, although they may know their stuff, which I couldn't find out, are terrible at interacting with people. I generally have nothing against the clinic, as the people there are truly lovely, at least the ones I've encountered. But the lab is a complete disaster.

  As for the reception and specialists, everything is fine. However, the X-ray room and the gray-haired woman drinking coffee there (because you can't really call it work) are a complete disaster. I waited 1.5 hours and saw three patients during that time. 🛑🛑🛑🤬🤬🤬 No words. It's a shame that the clinic is losing money because of people like this. I recommend replacing the gray-haired woman with someone who actually wants to work.
