I don't recommend the ophthalmologist there. The doctor is unpleasant, has no way of dealing with children, doesn't explain anything, and what she says is difficult to understand (she doesn't speak Polish very well). We received a note with the test results, but she didn't explain them to us. A few days later, worried, we went to another recommended ophthalmologist's office. The same price was charged, and the doctor explained everything to us. I might add, the results were completely different than the doctor in Pyrzyce.

I do not recommend this clinic. I am very disappointed with the service, especially from the woman answering the phone. I had an appointment scheduled for 8:30 AM. The receptionist informed me that the doctor would be late until 9:00 AM—but there was not a single word of apology or explanation, and the tone of the conversation was extremely unpleasant and lacking in empathy. The woman was rude. Dr. Elżbieta T., with whom I was scheduled to meet, also showed no understanding or courtesy. Therefore, I canceled my appointment. This type of treatment of patients is unacceptable—I will not return to this facility.

I had a doctor's appointment last week. I observed the clinic's operations while waiting for my turn. It's modernly managed, with no unnecessary hassle. Everything is handled without wasting time on the phone or by email. The doctors, too, are, as I noticed, completely unhurried, relaxed, calm, and normal. Everything takes its time, with no major hiccups. I feel this is a new and effective way for a clinic like this to operate. This is certainly related to the work of the doctors themselves. I rate my visit very positively. I recommend it.

This clinic stands out from other clinics in the area. You can quickly schedule an appointment via Messenger. Specialist appointments are quick. It's worth noting the high level of courtesy and professionalism of both the staff and the doctors. I highly recommend it!

I don't recommend it. After the blood was drawn, the blood wasn't sent to the lab. Despite being asked to check the samples, the lady at the reception completely ignored the issue... It's a disaster, better to avoid it.
