  Aleksandra Szcześniewska runs a business above all else and prioritizes financial goals. Patient service (not to be confused with care) is primarily intended to generate adequate income, and this is palpable. She owes many of her patients to her work at the Polish Mother's Hospital (ICZMP), which she calls charitable work – I find such a comment utterly distasteful and vulgar. Appointments are routinely delayed – pregnant women often wait over an hour in the waiting room of a private clinic, supposedly for a designated time. It would be enough to schedule a few fewer appointments per day, and then the "delays" would be eliminated, or significantly reduced, but I understand that the business plan is completely different. The appointment itself is pleasant as long as the patient doesn't have too many questions. If they do arise, irritation and impatience are evident, and answers are often cursory at the door. I had to find solutions to my pregnancy ailments myself. I had blood tests done myself, which revealed anemia. The doctor showed no real interest in solving the problem. My concerns were just "uncomfortable" questions, and there were only a few of them. After giving birth, my first appointment turned out to be a complete advertisement for the IUD. I expected any questions about my postpartum experience, or anything at all, but instead I received a lecture—like a pottery show—described the advantages of this solution. So I decided on the IUD. Of course, the price was rather above market, but I didn't want to skimp since the doctor was experienced, etc. I wasn't informed about the risks and possible negative scenarios, and in the end, the doctor inserted the IUD incorrectly, which had to be followed by a procedure under general anesthesia at the Polish Mother's Hospital (ICZMP) under the supervision of a different gynecologist. I definitely don't recommend it. In this case, the quality of the services doesn't match the price.

  I highly recommend Dr. Ewa Żydowicz-Mucha for her complete professionalism and wonderful approach to others. I've been with her for two pregnancies and always felt cared for and at peace, both for myself and my babies.   A four-and-a-half-hour delay and no prior information – not a text message or a phone call. We only learned about everything when we arrived. Because of this long delay, as a father, I couldn't be present during the examination because I had to go and pick up my other child from preschool. The examination on the 14th took place after 6:00 PM. One couple was in the office for an hour and a half. The services are very expensive, and there's practically no respect for the patient's time. I don't recommend it.

  I saw the doctor for over three years. At first, she inspired my trust and I thought I was under good care. Unfortunately, over time, I began to have more and more doubts. Despite the negative results of my hormonal tests, she didn't tell me anything about it or suggest any treatment. I have an erosion, but according to her, nothing needed to be done about it. For three years, I had a hormonal IUD, but then I started having daily abdominal pain and bleeding. The doctor thought it was from the IUD and removed it. She performed numerous ultrasounds and assured me that everything was fine, that my ovaries were healthy. I decided to consult another doctor and was immediately diagnosed with acute inflammation of the left ovary, which explained my symptoms. I was also diagnosed with endometriosis and cysts. All of this was detected during the ultrasound. Unfortunately, I feel very disappointed and cannot recommend Dr. Szcześniewska. Ladies, beware! A beautiful office and a high price for an appointment do not guarantee good medical care.

  Rude reception staff. Appointment confirmation only by phone, as if text messages didn't exist, which could be responded to at any time. I arrived in vain, and the blame was placed squarely on me. Please try harder; attempting to reach the patient through various channels is the receptionist's responsibility.
