It's a disaster!!! Especially when it comes to communicating the cost of the visit. One price over the phone, and another before the actual visit. After all, if you have no choice, you pay obediently. Secondly, and here's a plea to the owner or manager of the facility... I understand a 10-15 minute delay, but waiting an hour every Tuesday surrounded by furious pregnant colleagues for the doctor's services is a gross exaggeration straight out of the Middle Ages. Greetings to everyone in the waiting room, and I wish you more patience than I have.

My husband, son, and I often use Olmedica for consultations, tests, and treatments. We've never had any problems; on the contrary, we're very satisfied. The doctors are professional, and the receptionists are incredibly friendly. We highly recommend this place.

The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The ladies are polite, patient, and always try to find an appointment as quickly as possible. Everything is handled efficiently and in a friendly atmosphere. Thanks to the receptionist, I'm eager to visit the doctor more often.
