I don't recommend it. The time slots are so tight that the wait is 2-3 hours, and you can't even be sure you'll get in. It's completely free, first-come, first-served. It's also difficult to find, the rooms are poorly marked, and the doors to the office and registration desk are paper-thin. You can hear everyone's ailments and personal information clearly. I recommend avoiding it.
