A great place to live. Close to the sea. But I rate the developer a 4 because, as is often the case with developers, it's not easy. There were problems, and they were reluctant to fix the defects – it was difficult to reach an agreement. It was impossible without a lawyer.

When choosing an apartment, one of the main issues is the location of the garbage cans. The plans called for them to be in the garage, but Develia poorly constructed the garbage truck ramp and placed the bins in the middle of the development, where a green recreation area was supposed to be. The developer doesn't see the problem and doesn't feel compelled to rectify the mistake; they're only interested in maximizing profit at the expense of the residents.

The developer has been unable to reach an agreement with residents regarding waste collection from the development. Currently, garbage collection is impossible from the designated area when the apartment was purchased. Garbage is strewn throughout the development. The garage is leaking. False fire alarms and related fire department visits are frequent.

I don't recommend this developer; they deliberately mislead people when selling apartments with gardens! Nonsense and lies. Currently, I own an apartment with a garden that I can't fence in. SCAMMERS. The apartment's finishing is terrible. Not to mention the garbage cans in the estate. The communication during the apartment handover is embarrassing. The walls aren't at right angles (only a designer knows how to align something), but you can putty anything. Anyone interested is welcome to visit the estate or the lighthouse keepers' forum. Don't be fooled... the transfer deed is inconsistent with the original deed. I could go on and on.
