  The wait time for a pediatrician is a month. Currently, due to staff shortages, there's only one pediatrician available for the entire clinic in Święta Katarzyna. Scheduling a vaccination appointment for a child is practically impossible – the wait is also about a month (regardless of the vaccination schedule). Depending on the day, the people working in the registration office contradict themselves and the information they provide to patients. We once heard that a child couldn't be registered due to a system failure, and a few days later, we were informed that there were no appointments available for the entire month. The receptionist informed me that if I wasn't satisfied with the level of service, I should transfer my child to another primary care provider (which I gladly did). I strongly advise against using this "health center" (let alone paying contributions to it) and recommend transferring to other facilities as soon as possible to avoid disappointment and encountering this level of unprofessionalism.

  The woman at the reception desk, in her 40s, with dark hair—demanding and unpleasant. Otolaryngologist Ewa Tobiasz was late, didn't apologize, couldn't turn on the computer, let alone make a diagnosis... Who employs these people? What do they charge for? Another person, neurologist Rymarczyk-Natyna, was rude and told me to interpret the test results myself, outraged that I couldn't do it. She constantly made nasty and derisive comments. You wait so many months for appointments, and they're beyond criticism. Is there no supervision, no one overseeing the work of these doctors? This is just a drop in the ocean. What about those people who don't have the courage to say anything? What about the elderly with serious illnesses who sit for hours outside their rooms, waiting months for appointments, only to be treated this way? Shameful.

  I highly recommend the rehabilitation center here. The staff's approach deserves special praise: reliable diagnosis, understanding of pain issues, and a tremendous empathy that's often lacking even in private facilities. The entire team demonstrates extensive knowledge and professionalism. The atmosphere is so friendly that children can participate in the classes without stress and with great enthusiasm. The thorough interview and the therapists' dedication make you feel truly cared for. I wholeheartedly recommend them to every parent!

  I don't recommend the neurologist at St. Catherine's Clinic. She didn't say anything out of the ordinary, didn't answer my questions immediately, and invited another person while I was still in the office and had questions. Is there a reputable neurologist in Wrocław and the surrounding area?

  I don't recommend an occupational medicine doctor. You won't get an examination. You won't receive an email response without a reminder: Hello, what about my contract request? Waiting time for a contract: 1 month - laughter in the room.
