  Nothing special, generally a lack of professionalism at every step, standard for the National Health Fund: no rules regarding queues - I receive information to ask who is last, then another woman comes in, and the receptionist shouts: "The lady is coming in before you" (I gave up, I wasn't in a hurry). In the office, the doctor asks me to lie down on the couch and there is wet paper on it. Excuse me for the comparison - as if someone had wiped my dick on it - I move it so as not to lie on the secretions, and the doctor instructs me to do it differently - well, that's probably not how it should be. There are no printers at the doctors' office, you have to go to the reception to get a printout and take it to the doctor for a stamp. The moment you leave the office to get a piece of paper, another patient comes in... The day before the appointment, I received 5 missed calls from a blocked number because that's how the lady confirms appointments (I guessed and called back). When I paid, the amount was stated and it was 100 PLN higher, and my curve was only The question, "Was there an ultrasound?" I was advised to have an X-ray taken before my appointment. I gave it to the doctor at the beginning of the appointment, but he remembered at the end that he would have another look, and he said, "Nothing wrong here." Generally, before I could even explain what was wrong with me, the diagnosis was already being made, which meant I didn't feel properly cared for. On the plus side, the woman who booked my appointment by phone was very kind and the appointment was scheduled quickly.

  I've used the services of the specialists at Ostoja Zdrowia several times. I'm very satisfied. They're completely professional. The receptionists are very kind and helpful. Most importantly, the appointment time is the same as the time I enter the office. I recommend it.

  I had an ultrasound at Ostoja Zdrowia today and I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kaczmarek. He's a very friendly and, most importantly, thorough doctor. He explains everything and answers every question. The atmosphere in the clinic is also very pleasant. He's completely professional.

  Pani Dermatolog naprawdę bardzo profesjonalna, dokładnie przeprowadziła badania, nie spieszyła się więc czułam się dobrze zaopiekowana. Pani na recepcji bardzo uprzejma i pomocna, pomogła mi zmienić termin wizyty w ostatniej chwili i dzięki niej udało się odbyć wizytę jeszcze tego samego dnia. Polecam!
