I'm very surprised by the poor reviews of this clinic. The receptionists always answer my calls and are also very friendly! Same-day appointments are available – despite the negative reviews, I've never had a problem getting an appointment. It's great!

It's impossible to get through. Finally, when you manage to make an appointment, you wait 20 minutes in an empty office, and then the doctor says she doesn't know what it is. It's very poor.

Bohdana Zlupko is an incompetent doctor. She makes incorrect diagnoses and writes incorrect prescriptions. During the visit, she constantly chatted on the phone about her personal matters. She shows a complete lack of respect for the patient.

I've been trying to call and make an appointment with my family doctor for a week now. The clinic doesn't offer next-day appointments "just because," the receptionist replied. While Dr. Kierońska is a very nice person who wants to help, unfortunately I can't access her services through the registration desk, which I'm not the only one having trouble reaching. The receptionist replied that there are 10 people in the clinic since 7:30 a.m. and they have priority, which is why the receptionist isn't answering the phone.
