  I wholeheartedly recommend Professor Wdowiak's care. Contact with them is a pure pleasure, and the appointments are organized efficiently and seamlessly, which is crucial in such a difficult process. I would also like to thank all the other staff – the embryologists and anesthesiologists. They are a team of professionals, calm, and caring.   I highly recommend the OVUM clinic. Reading the reviews, I was surprised. The clinic truly strives to provide high-quality care. The receptionists are very kind and helpful; I've been there many times and have never experienced a lack of interest. The comments about it being difficult to reach them by phone prove that they're very busy, which is evident as a patient. The nurses and midwives are angels! The entire staff is very professional and kind. Yesterday, I had a pelvic puncture and I'm in awe; everything was done in a pleasant and efficient atmosphere. I'm under the care of Dr. Skorupska – a wonderful doctor; her calm demeanor and wonderful approach give me a sense of security. The other doctors are also considered competent and truly trustworthy. Their professionalism and patient care are top-notch. I wholeheartedly recommend the entire staff and the OVUM clinic. 💚💛

  Unfortunately, all the reviews about the receptionists are true. Such people shouldn't work in a position that's the first to influence patient evaluations. Of course, anyone can have a bad day, but every day is worse there 😅 Be careful not to get too worked up over the phone, because the receptionists will only get more worked up, having nothing to criticize themselves or their work for. Not to mention their basic knowledge of IVF or their understanding of the price list. This is the worst reception I've ever had. If it weren't for the fact that my doctor works at this clinic, I would definitely change clinics. The "courtesy" of the embryologists is also similar to that of the receptionists.

  Every opinion about the reception desk is valid. It's a strange atmosphere where the patient feels like they're being intruded upon. Four women sit at the reception desk, laughing and talking, while the patient waits. When the favor finally arrives and someone asks, it's difficult to communicate because the other women are still laughing and talking. You have to shout your information loudly to be heard over the din. You can't ask questions, and the women are misleading. The question is, are there many patients waiting to see the doctor? No. There's a line of four people outside the room. So what's it like in the end? The receptionist didn't even bother to look at me. The topic of infertility is sensitive, and here you encounter this kind of attitude. Phone conversations are no better.

  I'm so sorry to write this, but the reception desk is a complete disaster. I won't be driving 80 km to register. When I was at the doctor's office and wanted to book my next appointment, there were five or six women gathered, laughing so loudly and talking about lunches and shopping that the woman who wanted to book me in couldn't hear me through the glass. When the phone rings, no one answers; one of them will call back later with a text. Congratulations to the management for such employees. Elite, first-class. The first contact, and the receptionist's attitude, discourages anyone from using your services. Maybe it's worth putting a sign on the door saying "Do not enter, reception is closed," and the ladies should go get some rest, because they are so tired...
