  A thyroid ultrasound is a disaster. You have to wait four months for a phone call to schedule an appointment, and you don't know which date to choose. You can only choose after four months... it's rock bottom and seaweed, so I won't use it. There are other facilities with shorter wait times for this test, so you'd rather die than have it done at this facility. TRAGEDY.

  I came to register a newborn, and the receptionists directed me to the first-floor window in the pediatric ward. I politely went to the designated window. No one was there, the doors were locked, it was 4:10 PM, and the window said they were open until 5:30 PM. Could you please explain why there was no one there an hour and a half before closing? There was no information on the window, no information on the website about shorter hours or any changes. Google says they're open until 6:00 PM. There's no respect for people, for their time. You seem to have forgotten that you're there for us, not us for you. You get your paychecks from our contributions and money. Therefore, in response to this comment, I'm asking the clinics for their invoice details. I'll bill you for lost time at your hourly rate, and for fuel. You'll quickly calm down and reconsider your work policy, or who you employ.

  A clinic that's easy to reach by phone, and the receptionists are very kind, empathetic, and always helpful. Of course, there are queues for specialists like everywhere else, but that's probably the system's fault.

  I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and kindness of Dr. Piotrowska, the endocrinologist. The atmosphere during the examination was very pleasant, engaging, and unhurried, which is not common during visits to the National Health Fund. This doctor doesn't seem to mind the patient. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
