Worst hospital ever. I came with my ill daughter of 6 screaming in pain. Very bad help. First in line and waiting 30 mins. Then some cut the line because he a blood donor or friends with the nurses. And we needed to wait more. Room 119D I will put a formal complain as a lawyer and stop your EU finding with your corrupt organistion. And Placing camera jn toillets is aswell not allowed with The Data Protection Directive in Law Enforcement.

This is a morgue, not a hospital! My mom called about a week ago at night, saying she was having trouble talking, her blood pressure was 210, and she was exhausted. I quickly went to the hospital to get her. After the whole conversation, the staff referred my mom to a doctor. Not only was the guy rude, when my mom tried to explain what was going on, he told her not to interrupt, he didn't listen to her completely, and when he was examining her heart, listen to music in the background on his laptop! After being prescribed ridiculous medications, my mom returned home, had private tests done, and it turned out she had suffered a stroke. They took immediate care of her. What are they paying for? Not only are you waiting, but they're crooks for every hour you spend there. They take money from the government to watch over you, to look after you, and they're also dishonest, unable to treat you! I hope someone comes in someday and sorts them out!

A fantastic ER – I've visited many, but this one ranks right at the top of my list nationwide. The staff is friendly and courteous despite the overload (I happened to visit this facility during a black ice storm across the entire province, which meant the number of broken limbs and the pace of patient admissions resembled a production line). The patients waiting for care are first-rate, positive people with a great deal of empathy, warmth, and a sense of humor. Perhaps 20% of them were complainers, perhaps using the services of a public medical facility for the first time in their lives. The wait for a broken limb to be cast (the entire leg, right down to the j@j@), plus the admission and discharge procedures, was only 10 hours in my case (compared to about 20-25 hours at the ER in Łódź during the same period). Warmest regards to Ms. Izabela and Mr. Krzyś from the plaster room – excellent doctors who know their job and have a great sense of humor – which is essential in today's times and the realities we find ourselves in. I ended up in the emergency room last night with severe pain caused by cystitis and hematuria. The doctor on duty in the emergency room during that shift (the night of January 21st) was a genuinely kind and compassionate person and, just to be safe, referred me for an ultrasound. Unfortunately, the office was closed. Only after the doctor accompanied me and called the staff was the room opened for me by a nurse with a clearly displeased expression. The doctor performing the ultrasound then gruffly asked me why I'd come in the middle of the night and whether I really couldn't have come at a different time. I didn't respond because I didn't have the strength or desire to engage in a discussion, but the unpleasant aftertaste remained.
