What's going on at the registration desk is a complete joke. Registration opens at 8 a.m., apparently. By 12 p.m., over 100 calls had been made, including attempts to redirect to Pelplin. No response. Why are they sipping coffee and turning off their phones all day? It's a complete circus. Someone on the board should sort this out. The situation remains unchanged from Thursday to Monday.

A small clinic with no lines. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to advise and help. Dr. Anna D. P. is a sweetheart! She always listens and offers assistance. She will refer you for tests and implement appropriate treatment. I highly recommend her ♥️

Two stars for the fact that the clinic is closed to patients during vaccinations, which means there's no access to a doctor. There's no information anywhere about when the clinic is closed due to vaccinations. Redirection to Pelplin only works when the clinic is open to patients.

One star is still too much in the time of pandemic. I wanted a prescription, the nurse graciously said that it could only be in a few days because she was busy with vaccinations against COVID and she was alone in the clinic. Secondly, this lady needs to undergo thorough training in the field of European cards.

The clinic is a disaster! People wait in line to see a private orthopedist because the hours are nonexistent, and the receptionist lets "her" friends in. It's unpleasant and unfair. I don't recommend it.
