  Edited review: Difficult review. It seems like a small, nice clinic with good people, but something's not quite right organizationally. In any case, 14 attempts (January 5th) to call, with no information about any communication difficulties. We could still resolve something via email. And unfortunately, there was confusion regarding payment for appointments – I understand that can happen to anyone. The matter was professionally resolved. Unfortunately, a bad taste in the mouth remains. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'm only grateful for the doctor's excellent approach and overall care. There seems to be some organizational issues. The appointment was scheduled two weeks in advance. Everything was great, confirmed on Wednesday, and scheduled for Friday at 4:00 PM. However, on Friday morning around 9:00 AM, I received a call saying the appointment would not take place and would be postponed for a week. It was a stressful situation, especially since I'm not from Gdańsk. I was waiting for a consultation with my results and I'm quite a long way from the clinic. There's no specific information from the registration desk either. You can send the results yourself, or we can send them to you… I don't think this is how it should be. I had a similar situation earlier with a scheduled teleconsultation. Two minutes before the actual appointment, I was informed of a delay, and when I asked how long it would be, the receptionist replied that she didn't know. I highly recommend it! A truly patient-friendly place where caring is a priority. Everyone is helpful and smiling. I've been under the care of Dr. Szymon Czarkowski for a long time now, and I'm incredibly impressed. Dr. Szymon is an exceptional doctor who combines professionalism with immense commitment, patience, and empathy. His approach to often stressed patients is particularly noteworthy. He listens patiently, explains everything, and truly cares about comfort and a sense of security. Even in stressful situations, you immediately feel fully cared for and in good hands. Dr. Czarkowski is not only a great doctor but above all a man with a big heart who provides his patients with kind and caring care. You can feel that the doctor truly cares about everything going well. I wholeheartedly recommend him and thank him for his patience and care.

  Visits with Dr. Anna Wróbel were a very positive experience. I highly recommend her for her professionalism, empathy, and detailed approach to diagnosis and treatment. In my opinion, Dr. Wróbel is able to create a comfortable atmosphere, which is extremely important during such medical visits. The Pelvi Medical Center as a whole also earns my praise for its modern decor, cleanliness, and well-organized appointment booking system. Although the wait for an appointment can sometimes be a bit long, I believe it's worth the wait for such a high-class specialist. In summary, if you're looking for a specialist in surgery and proctology, Dr. Anna Wróbel at the Pelvi Medical Center seems like an excellent choice, and the center itself offers the perfect environment for comfortable treatment. I recommend it to everyone ❤️!

  Unfortunately, there's a lack of professionalism and, above all, empathy towards the patient. An important gynecological appointment was postponed four times... when she asked for a reaction, even a conversation with the doctor, about the persistent postponement of the appointment she desperately wanted, the receptionist didn't even return her call, and she had to ask for another appointment herself, the fifth time! I hope this appointment will finally go through.

  I highly recommend Dr. Aleksandra Gordon, who is completely professional and has a wonderful approach to children. During the visit, she made an accurate diagnosis and recommended effective treatment. She was also very kind and did a great job examining my ecstatic 2-year-old.

  Bardzo polecam to miejsce. Narazie korzystałam z wizyty u p. Agnieszki fizjoterapeutki uroginekologicznej i jestem bardzo zadowolona. Zajęła się mną kompleksowo, posiada sprzęt do USG, wszystko sprawdziła, wytłumaczyła, odpowiadala cierpliwie i z humorem na pytania. Czuje się bardzo zaopiekowana i to w ciepłej i przyjaznej atmosferze. Jestem pewna, że w razie potrzeby będę korzystać z pomocy również innych specjalistów.
