I went to visit the dermatologist here a year ago, he was late and not very attentive. I paid 200 zł for him to say that there’s basically nothing that he can do. Everything he prescribed didn’t help, the only thing that helped me was a lady in apteka nearby , who recommended something from herself, and it worked. What was the point of going to the doctor, if he doesn’t know what’s best? Girls on the reception were laughing and acting very unprofessional. Came here because of the reviews and spent money for nothing, thanks! Update to their reply: As I mentioned, I did everything that doctor said, including those two medications that didn’t help. I went to the pharmacist only after these recommendations didn’t help, which took around 4-5 months. I spent the money on those medications that YOUR doctor prescribed, that DIDNT help. Point of my review was that the only medication that helped me was the one from lady pharmacist, where I went after failed resolutions by your doctor and no results. If I knew that pharmacist knows better I wouldn’t step a foot into your medical office. Absolutely no shame, and not even an apology.
